Offers: Visitors can enter a rhubarb recipe contest, wander through a craft and flea market, and enjoy music, entertainment and food sold by vendors. Additionally, local churches and nonprofit organizations sell more than 1,000 rhubarb pies and baked goods. Other activities include trolley rides and live music.

History: Rhubarb Fest was founded in 1992 by Darlene Johnson. The festival relies on numerous volunteers. Festival co-sponsors are the Rhubarb Fest Committee and the Aledo Area Chamber of Commerce.
